Carol was raised in Houston, Texas, Carol earned a BS in Education from the University of Texas. Carol has served alongside her husband, Stuart, with Cru since 1982. The Dodds have directed ministries in Colorado, Costa Rica and Texas. Those who know her best describe her as engaging, energizing and passionate. Carol and Stuart have three grown children: Rachel, Michelle and Jared. Carol uses her gifts and strengths to impact athletes for Christ. She feels like she has the best job in the world!
