Andy is a CPA who has worked for the commercial construction firm of SpawGlass for the past 29 years.  He started as a regional financial administrator and has held various financial positions including Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2012.

 

Andy was born and raised in Beaumont, TX and graduated from Lamar University.   

After graduation he worked for a national CPA firm in Houston and Centex Corporation in Dallas where he met his lovely wife Lavonne.  They have been happily married for 34 years and have three married daughters and two grandchildren

 

Andy has served on finance committees at Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio TX and First Baptist Church in Boerne, TX and as a Bible Study Fellowship group leader.  He has also served on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Food Bank, North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the Construction Financial Management Association-San Antonio.

 

Andy and Lavonne currently reside in Austin and attend The Austin Stone Community Church where they serve in the Pre Marital Mentoring program.   Interests include traveling, snow skiing, hiking and being with the grandkids and family.
