Jim & Jenny Roselius
Texas A&M University
Jim and Jen Roselius both grew up in Seguin, Texas but didn’t meet until college at Southwest Texas State University (currently Texas State University) in San Marcos, Texas. Jim graduated with a BA degree in Communications in 1992, while Jenny went on to the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with a BA degree in English in 1997. It was during their years in San Marcos that they were both drawn to the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU), and also drawn to each other. They soon after committed their lives to serving in a fulltime capacity with the athletic branch of the ministry of CRU known as Athletes In Action. They were married in August of 1998 and moved to North Carolina in January of 1999 to minister on the campus of the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Shortly after their first son Joshua was born in 2000 they moved back to Texas to minister on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. It is here that their little girl Claire was born in the Fall of 2002.
The world speaks the language of sport. Individuals in the world that look up to athletes as heroes must find heroes that look up to God. Jim and Jen are committed to reaching athletes for Christ and to developing them into athletic influencers in hopes of them becoming Christ-centered laborers and servants to the lost people of the world.
