Kimberly (Kimmie) Taylor

Kimberly (Kimmie) grew up in the Chicagoland and played volleyball at Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee her freshman year of college. After one year on campus, she decided to transfer to Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and pursue a career in ministry. Between graduation and joining staff with Cru, Kimmie worked in the events and hospitality industry as an events coordinator and wedding planner. In 2019 she joined staff with Cru's humanitarian aid team and relocated to Dallas, TX. Feeling pulled toward a more relational role, she transitioned to Athletes in Action in the fall of 2021 and has thoroughly enjoyed the change. She works primarily at SMU and is grateful to have found her place in the AIA community. In her spare time, Kimmie enjoys experimental cooking with food fermentation, cooking and baking. She loves all and any sports and enjoys the mix of competition and exercise.
