Nicholas Parsons

Nicholas was born and raised in the great state of Texas. Nicholas graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX with a Marketing Degree. He was both a walk-on in football and involved in Greek life. After college, Nicholas pursued the business world and looked to climb the corporate ladder. However, Nick desired to pursue the Lord in a different vocation. Nicholas enjoys fitness and was coaching CrossFit part-time. Nicholas left the Corporate scene in 2016 and transitioned over into CrossFit full-time. Nicholas loved the platform of building others up in their wellness, but also using the CrossFit platform to build others up towards a relationship and hope found in Jesus Christ. In 2017, Nicholas was in an intensive discipleship and leadership training program with Denton Bible Church. Sometime during the program, Nicholas sensed the Lord leading him into vocational ministry, in which Athletes in Action came about into discussion with mutual friends. Eventually, those discussions became a reality and where he believes the Lord is showing him. Nicholas has a passion to help develop and deploy the next generation of student athletes/young adults to be fully devoted followers of Christ. Nicholas is married to his beautiful bride Samantha Parsons as of October 7th, 2018. When Team Parsons has down time, they enjoy three things, trying new coffee shops, trying new Boba Tea places, or working out together doing Cross-Fit.
