Patrick Otte

Advisory Council

 

Patrick was born and raised in Wisconsin where he gave his life to Christ at 15. After graduating from St. Paul Bible College [MN] with a BA of Religious Education in 1985, he was Assistant Pastor of Youth and Outreach at Menomonee Alliance Church [WI], and the Boise Alliance Church [ID] for several years. He joined Micron Technology [Boise, ID] as a Manufacturing Operator in late 1987, spending the next 28 years in a succession of opportunities with increased responsibilities [Fab Mfg Mgr - Boise, Fab Operations Mgr - Micron Italia, Site Mgr - Micron Virginia, Corporate Vice President of HR and Company Officer].  He retired in 2015.

 

Over the years, Otte has served in various Board capacities, as  chair [Aphesis Group International], member [Northern Virginia Technology Council], and contributor [Boise Young Professionals, and Junior League of Boise].  

 

Pat and his wife, Janet, have been married 32 years, with three grown children, and now reside in Austin, TX.  His interests in retirement include being with family, following Wisconsin sports teams, hiking, working out, playing guitar, reading, traveling, gardening, cooking, and enjoying the Austin music scene.
